Hello! I'm Rick Miller and I am originally from Chicago. I moved here almost immediately after College with dreams of Summers spent outside on a River or a Mountain.

Although I have been building things since I was a kid, my construction career officially began in Colorado. My first role began as a Business Analyst with Level 3 Communications, LLC managing the workflow and reporting  the completion of their ILA buildings as they completed the build out of their Fiber Optic network.

After working for a General Contractor remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and basements for 4 years I would return to Level 3 Communications, LLC for almost 10 years. 

As a Project Manager in the Global Field Services division my role was to manage the physical relocation of underground, aerial, and underwater fiber optic cable.

My last project was relocating the fiber optic cable between Union Station and Denver International Airport.

With years of Project Management skills of highly technical, fast paced projects, I decided I missed Residential Construction.

I have worked for construction companies managing everything from home additions, kitchen/bathroom/basement remodeling, decks, and outdoor living renovations.

The next phase of my construction career finds me in the Commercial, Multi-Family, and Hotel Construction and renovation world. I spent several years as a Construction Manager overseeing the renovation of commercial interiors, interior and exterior capital improvement projects for Apartment communities and Hotels.

My passion is truly transforming interior and exterior spaces of homes. I bring my years of construction experience  and management to each new project, ensuring an excellent experience for the client.

 

Outside of business hours I enjoy spending time with my 12 year old Son and Wife, preferably outdoors, attending live concerts, or cheering for the Home team.
